EmailTool is a small application which gives you the ability to individualize your Email and other correspondence.  In less than 15 minutes you can have your favorite settings made and be ready to use this product.  Simply enter one or more signatures, select the one you want, and click select.  Email tool automatically inserts the selected signature/quote setting at the insertion point of the front-most application.  The neatest feature of the Email Tool is its floating window which appears on top of all other windows regardless of which application is currently running.  There are no applications to switch (no dreaded trips to the applications menu) as soon as you move your mouse on top of its window, EmailTool brings itself to the front and ready to take your selection!

EmailTool comes with several quotes from important people from our past and present (Gandhi, Einstein, Twain, etc.) and also some templates you can use for constructing your personal signatures.  No longer you are limited by a single signature restriction by most Email programs set your self free, and look professional while doing so...
